I GOT THE JOB!

omg...

so... on friday... I've been working at the at&tizzle (formerly the sbcizzle) for 3 years...

I have been in the closing dept the entire time...

my BA is in Art (with emphasis photography and a minor in graphic design)

I've been trying to get into one of the graphic positions here... pretty much since I started...

well... yesterday... it finally happened...

I GOT THE GRAPHIC DESIGN II POSITION!!!

it's downstairs (where I won't have to interact with certain... people... anymore) and the system they use is NOT our current upstairs fucked up new one...

it's a pay raise (I go up 2 levels) and doing something that I actually went to school for...

I'm so FUCKING excited right now... an I want to start YESTERDAY!!!

this means so much for me right now... its phase one in the plan for my new life...

and hopefully it will fast track me to better things...

anyway... just wanted to share... and say BOO-YAW!

Pirates, Spas and Serial Killers

so... my memorial weekend was nice...
Friday... went to Down Town Disney to see Pirates 3... it was so crowded... but I brought my flask with some good caribbean rum and we mixed it with our cokes as to not look suspicious...
I must say... it was fun times...
Joy finally met the pirate...
I didn't enjoy PoTC 3 as much as the first two... but it was still good... a little cheesy and sorta insane with all the double crosses... but you know... PIRATES!!!

Saturday went HERE...
and um... it was the bestest... I need one in my backyard... like... NOW... please...

Sunday and Monday... Andrew and I just vegged in front of our big ass TV... we mostly watched our Showtime "ON-Demand" stuff... and I got hooked on this show called Dexter...
which is about this Miami forensics guy who's got a secret... he's a serial killer... but he only kills the criminals who deserve it (and that the police can't catch)

it was actually very good... but it gave me nightmares... I guess thats what you get for watching a show about someone who chops up people who chop OTHER people up for 12 HOURS in one weekend...

Work is borning again...
its either feast or famine here at the at&tizzle...
I need to hear back from HR about that job like YESTERDAY... I need outta here...
